Award winning documentary producer with over a decade of experience in television and film production.

Receiving awards for “Ebony Goddess: Queen of Ilê Aiyê” at the San Diego Latino Film Festival and the San Diego Black Film Festival. Her film “Festive Land: Carnaval in Bahia” was recognized at the WorldFest International Film Festival and is widely used in university courses. Originating from Bahia, Brazil, with a Master’s degree from San Francisco State University, Carolina has a diverse career including film curation, TV production, and Emmy Awards judging as a member of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
